Sewer plant reengineered after bid change; tanks moved closer to Town Hall to regain parking

Staff noted lateral hookups will continue next year and the committee is transitioning from planning to operations issues, including budgeting for operating costs. The board was told the plant and related systems "should be up done operational by the end of this year." Members asked for ongoing reports as construction moves into the operational phase.
