Director Joe Massa identified priority capital needs: three high‑priority valve replacements at specific intersections, three new fire hydrants to replenish inventory used on the storage tank project, and an immediate leaking valve near Chestnut Canyon. Braithwaite also told the council that an upcoming rate study will help ensure long‑term sustainability and staff will follow up on certification and training costs for water personnel.
