The Village of Skaneateles Planning Board on Feb. 5 opened a continuation of the public hearing on a site plan application for 103 West Lake Street โ an application submitted by Skan Boathouse Property LLC on behalf of Sam Nappi to build a 3,555-square-foot addition including a house addition, new patio and attached garage, and to reconfigure the west driveway. Chairman Stephen Hartnett called the matter at 6:34 p.m. and the board voted to open the hearing.
After a brief discussion, Chair Hartnett said the application was not ready for board deliberation because "an ongoing engineering review" had not been completed. Hartnett moved to adjourn the hearing; Member Connie Brace seconded, and the motion carried unanimously, 4-0. The board concluded the matter at 6:35 p.m.
The transcript lists members present as Stephen Hartnett (Chairman), Connie Brace (Member), Albert Giannino (Member) and Melissa Komanecky (Member); Member Martin Custer was excused. Staff on the record included Attorney Riccardo Galbato, Code Enforcement Officer John Cromp, Deputy Code Enforcement Officer Patrick MacDonald and Clerk Ian Carroll. Several residents and property owners were recorded as present in the meeting attendance list.
No final action was taken on the site plan at the hearing. The board indicated the application will return for further consideration once the outstanding engineering review is complete; no date for continuation was noted in the record.
