The Carlin City Council approved draft minutes from its Feb. 12, 2025 meeting and unanimously approved city expenditures for April 10–23, 2025. Vice Mayor Cameron Kinney moved to approve the minutes and later moved to approve the expenditures; Denise Taylor seconded both motions and each passed 4–0 with one member absent.
The expenditure list and draft minutes are available for public inspection at City Hall, 151 S. 8th Street, Carlin. Mayor Dana Holbrook announced there were no public comments and adjourned the meeting at 6:34 p.m.
