Carlin council unanimously approves police chief’s performance evaluation

Mayor Dana Holbrook and other members supported approval. Vice Mayor Cameron Kinney moved to approve the evaluation and Councilperson Denise Taylor seconded; the motion passed with all four members present voting yes. The approval formalizes the personnel record and concludes the scheduled evaluation process for the department head.
City Manager Richard Braithwaite and Chief McKinney indicated no further personnel actions were proposed at the meeting. The council did not attach additional directives to the approval.
