The Village of Skaneateles Planning Board concluded its Feb. 5 review of the site-plan application for a conservatory residence at 104 West Lake Street by directing the Clerk to set a public hearing for the matter. Chairman Stephen Hartnett opened the item; the board recessed discussion pending that hearing.
Planning staff noted that the status of any required engineering review would be confirmed after the applicant’s architect consulted with the Planning Board’s engineer. The Clerk to the Boards will publish notice of the hearing once a date is set.
