A committee member moved to approve the license and the chair called for a second; the board then recorded an affirmative voice vote. As staff explained, the business had already transferred ownership and the new owners held the license in their name, "however, they did not add the outdoor service," and the current action modifies the license to permit outdoor service, according to a staff speaker.
The motion carried on a voice vote. Board members made no further changes to the application during discussion.
