Warrants approved despite objection to $91,000 KLW Municipal revalve bill
Summary
The board approved warrants for payment, but one member objected to an all-or-nothing $91,000 invoice from KLW Municipal Inc. for a revalve project and said they would vote no on any KLW bills; the roll-call vote carried but at least two members recorded 'no' votes.

The board moved warrants to the floor and, after discussion, approved the warrant list. A board member objected to line item 72, a $91,000 charge from KLW Municipal Inc. for a revalve project, describing it as a waste of money and saying they would vote no on KLW bills when present. “I felt that it was a total waste of money, and I will vote no every time that there is a bill in here for KLW that I am present,” the member said.
The roll-call vote was completed and the motion passed. Two 'no' votes were recorded during the roll call; the remaining board members voted to approve the warrants. The objecting member’s position was noted for the record ahead of future warrant approvals.
