The Village of Sodus Point Planning Board on Nov. 4 approved a final subdivision application from Matthew Nowak to create a 0.78‑acre parcel with 120 feet of road frontage from an existing residential lot at 7992 Lake Road, leaving about 3.7 acres on the parent parcel. Nowak joined the meeting by phone and answered no additional questions from board members.
Member Janine Fogarty moved to approve the subdivision and Bill Kedley seconded; the board voted unanimously (Evener, Kedley, McKee, Fogarty — all aye). The application complies with Code §190‑50 per the board’s review. The board did not set an asking price for the new lot; the applicant said he had no information about the asking price at the meeting.
