Trustees approved the district's student lunch charges for 2026–2027 and approved a free breakfast-in-the-classroom program for the upcoming school year.
Trustee Kendall Schorsch moved to approve the student lunch charges "as presented," and the motion passed unanimously. Later Trustee Greg Vyvlecka moved and John Garcia seconded approval of the free classroom breakfast program; that motion also passed unanimously (7–0).
The board did not record specific meal-price amounts in the handbook motion; administrators are responsible for publishing the final meal rates and implementing the free breakfast program before school starts.
