The presenters said the two-day process included a walk tour, stakeholder meeting and two community input sessions and that they will turn the material into a formal report for town staff within 8–10 weeks.
The presenters emphasized the charrette is intended as a rapid, implementable set of ideas rather than a single fixed plan. "This is actually our 30 year anniversary of that program," one presenter said, describing the effort as a quick, two-day process of "brainstorming, listening, seeing, and popping up with recommendations." The team said copies of the presentation will be given to Darren and the town and made available online.
