The Board of Trustees directed staff to place proposed changes on the May 4, 2026 agenda for formal action: a $5 hourly SNAWS labor-rate increase; a 0.5% SNAWS bulk water increase (to $4.83); elimination of a $1 permit and $4 maintenance fee in favor of $0.03 per gallon for bulk sewer dumping; a $2 monthly increase for all gas-meter maintenance fees; a list of hourly wage adjustments for named employees; and changes to compensatory-time and leave nomenclature. These items were not formally adopted at the April 15 meeting but were scheduled for the May 4 agenda.
The only formal motion recorded in the minutes was to adjourn at 8:34 p.m.; Trustee Tammy Wilson moved, Trustee Caleb Grover seconded, and the motion passed by all "Yea" votes.
