Ordinance No. 26-707 amends Chapter 4 (Public Health) regarding keeping or harboring animals by adding renewal-notice provisions; Ordinance No. 26-708 updates Chapter 7 (Water) general provisions and Chapter 10 (Utilities) rate sections; Ordinance No. 26-709 amends section 7.127 of Chapter 7.
