Director of Administration presented several disbursement requests tied to the Hamilton County Judicial Center construction and the 9-1-1 center. The board approved payments including $177,401.56 payable to Andrei Construction Services and $762,457.27 to Garmon and Sons for the judicial project, and a disbursement of $1,591,823.92 to BW Construction for 9-1-1 center construction services.
The board also approved a special procurement request for Emergency Operations to purchase identified people-driven technology for the 9-1-1 and EOC facility under the special-procurement policy. Director said the total for that procurement is $1,668,757.90 and that procurement staff reviewed pricing sources (state QPA and ASPO agreements) and recommended approval.
