The council voted to accept a Tree & Stump Maintenance bid from Countryside Landscaping in the amount of $19,450 (Resolution No. 2026-96). The motion was made by Council Member Rickerl, seconded by Council Member Bennett, and carried 6-0.
Council also amended the 2026 Fair Event Application to include a voluntary fireworks cost contribution of $7,000 (motion by Kuhlman, seconded by Bennett). That amendment likewise passed unanimously. The tree/stump contract and fair-event amendment were routine items on the consent/regular agenda and carried without dissent.
