Superintendent TheriJo Snyder provided a capital project update to the board, reporting that elementary building windows are complete and that bleacher work is still under review. The tennis court is scheduled to be paved on May 15 and playground construction is expected to begin after Memorial Day.
Snyder also reported that a fuel line was struck during generator work; district staff determined the lines need to be replaced. Bids for sidewalks and the parking lot will be opened on May 29 and the capital project must be completed by the end of December.
