Board conducts second reading of school safety and meal policies, sends updates to NYSSBA

The board held a formal second reading of three policies and approved their transmittal to the New York State School Boards Association. Erin Seeley moved and Megan Bosc seconded the motion for the second reading of Policies 8130, 8505 and 8520; the motion carried unanimously.
A subsequent motion directed the District Clerk to transmit the updated policies to NYSSBA by March 20, 2026. The actions recorded in the minutes are procedural and do not in themselves change district practice until any required filing or later board action occurs.
