Council presses developer on Tiger Fuel parking counts, ADA spaces and soil testing for tank removal

Staff said specialized environmental contractors handle testing and remediation and that the city would require appropriate reports. The council requested more comprehensive drawings, verification of the building square footage (a figure in the meeting was cited as 4,364 sq ft for one building and a combined figure near 17,000 sq ft), and clarity on whether the owner intends to sell or lease the redeveloped property.
