Board adopts end-of-year 2023-24 budget amendments reallocating 'Recapture' funds

The minutes and attached memo list the recommended transfers from Fund 199 Function 91 (Recapture) to multiple functions, including $70,000 to Instruction (Function 11), $100,000 to General Administration (Function 41), $75,000 to Facilities Maintenance (Function 51), and smaller transfers to Guidance & Counseling, Health Services, Transportation, Food Service and Extracurricular. The memo notes these amendments "will not increase or decrease the 2023-2024 Budget" and are intended to prepare for known or unexpected expenditures before fiscal year end.
