Council approves developer agreements for Sunset Prairie and Greenbelt Trail subdivisions

Council considered and approved several developer agreements and stormwater‑maintenance agreements on March 24. The items included resolutions approving the developer’s agreement for Sunset Prairie Part 1 (Resolution 2026‑30) and Part 2 (Resolution 2026‑31), and agreements for Greenbelt Trail Part 7 (Resolution 2026‑32) and Part 8 (Resolution 2026‑33).
Each resolution was moved, seconded and approved by roll call with recorded “aye” votes on the council floor (motions carried 5–0). The agreements cover standard developer obligations and stormwater‑maintenance provisions required for subdivisions and will be incorporated into city records and project schedules.
