Commissioner Cathy Ortiz moved to recommend approval to the Board of Trustees; Commissioner Brandon Brewer seconded and the motion passed with all "AYES." The public hearing opened at 7:01 P.M. and was closed at 7:05 P.M.
An applicant representative from KP Squared told the commission "the conex will be used for storage." Deputy Town Clerk Heather Rospierski said the proposal is allowed under town code but must go through a Use by Special Review and public hearing before the Board of Trustees. No members of the public spoke during the hearing.
