The Cleveland County Board approved three items for the Sheriff's Office on Oct. 27: a renewal of the annual Dataworks Plus service agreement for fingerprinting device support ($568.13, Sept. 15, 2025—Sept. 14, 2026); a renewal and addendum with Central Square for the CAD PS Pro API annual subscription that includes cloud migration and security upgrades with a future payment of $193,330.03; and authorization to submit the 2025 Justice Assistance Grant application requesting $10,000 to purchase laptop computers.
The minutes note the fingerprint system partners with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and "identifies suspects in the field by fingerprints." Commissioners voted to approve the renewals and the grant application as part of the consent docket. Purchasing and Sheriff's Office staff are responsible for implementing the cloud migration and grant-funded equipment purchases if the grant is approved.
