Purchasing staff member Keri Lyles publicly opened bids for Bid #HD-2174 on Oct. 27, 2025, naming seven vendors that submitted proposals for janitorial contracts at Cleveland County Health Department sites and The Wellness Square. The bid term was listed as Nov. 15, 2025, through Nov. 14, 2026, with options to renew up to two years; vendors included Anago of Oklahoma City, Capitol Cleaning, Clean Freaks 405 LLC, Facility Care Inc., Goodwill Central Oklahoma, Unlimited Treasures, and Technical Homing.
Chairman Jacob McHughes moved and Commissioner Rod Cleveland seconded a motion to accept the opened bids and postpone the award while the Purchasing Department tabulates and qualifies each submission and returns a report to the board. The motion passed unanimously. The board instructed staff to report back with a tabulation and recommendation before any contract is awarded.
