Board members were invited to ask questions and were told the administration will bring a final version to the full board for approval in about two weeks. The chair said the shift in the agenda was to accommodate guests and to present the policy and data‑sharing materials first.
Reynolds said the updates primarily adjust how participating agencies coordinate and the payment cadence to make the agreement more durable compared with the original 2013 agreement and its 2016 amendment. Follow‑up questions focused on whether the data‑use language aligns with neighboring districts and whether the franchise of partners and technical safeguards were sufficiently specified. The administration said the data‑use clauses are being aligned with parallel language used by District 97 to keep practices consistent across the community.
The board will have a formal vote on the agreement at a future regular meeting after a two‑week review period and the chance to ask additional clarifying questions.
