San Marin track team celebrated after breaking a 51‑year record

Martinson said the boys 4x100 team (named athletes Freddie, Leo, Dylan and Miles) broke a 51‑year‑old record set in 1975, adding the team has been successful at MCAL finals and has another meet coming up. "This year, we had a really strong bunch of boys where they actually broke a 51 year old record on the board," Martinson told trustees.
Trustees congratulated the athletes and said the board would formally recognize San Marin at the next meeting given scheduling constraints.
