Maine DOT: New segment one part of broader regional network; officials praise local project administration

He thanked designers (HNTB), construction teams (Shaw Brothers and bridge subcontractor Scott Construction) and MDOT staff, and singled out the project manager from MDOT's multimodal program for leadership.
