State increases library renovation contract line by $310,000, Faust says

In his Administrator’s Report, Greg Faust told the Selectboard the State amended the Town’s contract for the Lawrence Memorial Library renovation, increasing the Town’s line by $310,000 to cover mitigation work and “a little bit more.” Faust also reported Holley Hall is nearly complete with blower-door testing done and some remaining punch-list items, and that house demolition on East Street is in progress.
Faust distributed construction portfolio reports in the Board packet to show what has gone out to bid and the status of current projects. He noted elections were the next day and announced that Kris Perlee had been recognized as State Firefighter of the Year.
