Commissioners honor Canal Winchester Chamber's 70th anniversary; CCAO scholarship awarded to local student

Rachel Reedy, Outreach & Member Engagement Manager with the County Commissioners Association of Ohio, presented the 2026 Central Ohio scholarship and announced Sadie Moore as the recipient. Reedy noted Commissioner Fix "was instrumental in establishing the scholarship program in 2023," and Moore thanked the association, saying it was an honor and privilege; she shared she will begin studies at The Ohio State University this fall. Commissioner Steve Davis congratulated Moore on her professionalism and confidence.
