Commissioners asked staff a series of clarifying questions about how public parks and trailheads would be credited. Senior Planner Gina Grandpre and Planning Director Sarah Carroll clarified the City would not accept a public park for credit unless it was at least 5 acres, and that public parks and trailheads credited as public amenities must provide a minimum of a one‑toilet restroom to meet the standard. Commissioner Virginia Rae Mann moved to forward the amendment with staff findings and conditions; the motion passed 6–0 (Colton Miles absent).
