Separately, Eric Cota said he will submit a list of local roads recommended for 1-inch shim spot repairs to address settlement where full paving is not yet scheduled.
The action authorizes procurement and scheduling steps to place the top layer this construction season, contingent on coordination with ongoing water infrastructure work.
