"So all in all, we're about 11,500 if the books are approved and the money is approved and all of that," Barsima said, giving the board a ballpark purchase estimate that includes multiple course titles and class sets. She said the AP Calculus title is currently a digital book, with a hard copy expected within a year, and that the committee favored a Pearson edition for several courses after rubric review.
