Council approves A.W. Willis/N.4th intersection improvements and bond after developer-funded explanation

Greg Dodson of the engineering division indicated the improvements are needed to accommodate the development; consultant Robert Torak said the traffic signal would be installed in accordance with ongoing construction and that the developer would pay for the installation as part of site improvements.
After the exchange, Vice Chair Carlisle moved the item to the floor and the council approved the resolution and accepted the bond by recorded vote.
