The board next approved the July 30 manifest and the Aug. 6 manifest after brief procedural confirmations. The board also voted to include a certificate authorizing Charles Fuller (named in the text of the authorization) to act on behalf of the town for the NH Council on the Arts grant so that the minutes can be submitted with grant paperwork.
Board members noted that draft minutes would be made available within the statutory 72 hours for compliance and for the grant filing. No member opposed placing the authorization language in the minutes so it can be submitted with the grant application.
