The chair asked for oral communications and public comment on the minutes; no members of the public spoke and no written communications were received. The commission then voted to approve the minutes from its Jan. 21, 2026 special meeting. "Motion approved," the chair said on the record.
After addressing the public hearing on application 2025-3082 and approving the associated permits, the chair closed the meeting.
