Water and Sewer Clerk Barbara Darrah reported that second-quarter water and sewer bills totaled $72,618.46, with late fees of $1,827.87 applied and a receivables balance of $29,868.89; shutoff notices are scheduled to be distributed May 27–30 and landlords were mailed tenants’ overdue bills.
