The Village of Sodus Point Zoning Board set its next meeting for Nov. 12 to discuss Martin’s Tidesides and "a few other items," Code Enforcement Officer Kevin Druschel told the board. Members indicated Nov. 12 was acceptable and the CEO said at least three other items would be considered at that meeting.
During old-business discussion the CEO and members raised questions about a wheelchair access ramp that had been built and about a fence at the Smith property’s southeast corner; Mark Ketcham specifically asked about the Smith fence and the CEO answered. The minutes do not record any formal motions or enforcement actions related to those items; they were listed for future consideration at the Nov. 12 meeting.
