Mayor proclaims Aug. 13 as ‘Casa Day,’ recognizing court‑appointed special advocates

McLeod singled out training coordinator Sherry Carlson for 10 years of work preparing volunteers.
Council members invited volunteers forward for a group photograph and extended thanks on behalf of the city; the proclamation encourages residents to learn about CASA and volunteer support opportunities.
