Separately, the board approved issuing an RFP for a site plan and design to support grant applications for further youth-field improvements, and authorized porta‑potties at the field from June 1 through September 1 at a cost of $1,185.
Town officials said the RFP and small maintenance appropriation are intended to position the project for outside grant funding for larger improvements.
