St. Armand names 2025 committees, appoints town clerk and tax collector and authorizes signatures

The Town Board adopted Resolution #1 confirming 2025 appointments and committee memberships including Deputy Supervisor Karl Law and members of the Building & Grounds, Highway and Water & Sewer committees. The resolution passed by unanimous roll call vote.
Raine DeLancett was appointed Town Clerk and Registrar of Vital Records effective Jan. 1, 2025; Nancy Heath and Barbara Darrah were named first and second deputies. The board also approved signature authorizations for Supervisor Davina Thurston and Deputy Supervisor Karl Law at designated depositories and authorized DeLancett and Jennifer Fuller to sign Town Clerk and tax-collector checks respectively.
