Director Powell asked the board to authorize renewal of the municipal winter-maintenance agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the 2026–27 winter season. Powell said this is part of a five-year arrangement, covers 42 miles of township roads, and would yield reimbursement of $53,411.
Commissioner Brown moved to authorize renewal and the motion passed 5-0. Powell said he will be listed as the primary contact and highway maintenance supervisor Rich Dillon as the secondary contact for the agreement.
