Daphne also announced operational changes and facility news: the district's historic schoolhouse on East College Avenue has been sold to the Spring Grove Historical Society and the district administration office is relocating to the YMCA site, with a symbolic bell-ringing and closing celebration on July 30. She said foundations are funding STEM lab buildouts across district schools and thanked Dr. Guadagnino and principals for coordinating the work, calling the labs a step toward new workforce and apprenticeship pathways for students.
"I feel so proud and honored to represent Team USA in the 2027 world championship for model rocketry in Poland," Daphne read, quoting Gautam's remarks about his selection and the community support he received. The superintendent said families should check the district website for back-to-school dates and that opening-day events will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the high school.
