City council adopts Fraser zoning ordinance update; planning staff to share codified copy

Planner Dan Comer reported that the city council approved and adopted the city's proposed zoning ordinance update at its July meeting. Comer said the update was published and went into effect at the end of July and that staff will work to upload the codified version to MuniCode and distribute a PDF to commissioners.
"City council did, approve and adopt, the city's, proposed zoning ordinance update, as amended," Comer said. Commissioners requested hard copies for reference; Comer said he would send PDFs and provide printed copies on request. The commission discussed ensuring members and newly appointed ZBA members receive training once the ordinance is codified.
