“He has requested the use of Dockside on June 6, which is Saturday from 4PM to 6PM... I think there's about 30 to 40 people... 40 to 45,” a park staff presenter said. Trustees confirmed that the applicant will supply insurance and license-plate details and that any required bathroom facilities (portable toilets) must be arranged by the organizer if needed; staff will pass information along to the interim park manager before the event.
The board made and carried a motion to approve the application and instructed staff to follow up with the applicant on outstanding documentation.
