Staff to bring mobile-vending regulations back before commission before year’s end, staff says

Hopkins said staff want to align the package with feedback from a newly hired department director and plan a two-meeting rollout: an initial informational presentation followed by a voting item at a subsequent meeting.
"We will have those before you before the end of the year, and they would look like it'll be 2 meetings, 1 where we would bring them and give an information and have that discussion with y'all and take your feedback, on those regulations," Hopkins said. Commissioners thanked staff for the update; no formal action or vote was recorded on the transcript.
