NES agrees to publish vegetation management manual and audit crews' ISA materials

"It is not. And, didn't even cross my mind till I was reading through your resolution," Daniel Johnson said when asked about posting the manual. NES said it will publish the manual and review spot checks of crews and trucks, including whether ISA (industry) guidance and contractor certifications are present in vehicles.
The committee also asked NES to verify that contract arborists meet ISA certification expectations where specified in contracts and to make spot checks part of the audit. NES agreed to add those checks to its QC process and to report back to the committee.
