On Feb. 17 the Historic District Review Board approved a request from Leah and Jonathan Andrews, represented by Cale Upshaw of Elegant Choice Windows, to replace eight wood windows on 11 Church Street with composite/wood windows that match the existing configuration and simulated divided lights.
The board referenced a prior April 2022 approval for windows of this style and approved adding the first-floor windows to match the prior application, including retention of the fixed window numbered #5 and the existing light pattern. The motion, made by Kate van Voorhees and seconded by K. Sevilla, passed 4-0-0.
The minutes indicate the board examined samples and discussed how new window and trim materials would interact; the approval follows the earlier second-story authorization and extends it to the first floor.
