HDRB approves first-floor window replacements at 11 Church Street

The motion, made by Kate van Voorhees and seconded by K. Sevilla, passed 4-0-0.
The minutes indicate the board examined samples and discussed how new window and trim materials would interact; the approval follows the earlier second-story authorization and extends it to the first floor.
