HDRB approves Locust Ridge addition with conditions on trim and shutters

Owner Benjamin Robins, represented by architect Roger Hoffman, presented the plans. The board approved the application with modifications to drawings that instruct in-filling shutters labeled as existing, changing trim and cornerstone materials shown as PVC to wood, and adding intermediate detail on drawing A7. The motion was made by Vice Chair Lauren Wallis Hall, seconded by Kate van Voorhees and passed 4-0-0.
The board recorded the required changes as conditions of approval tied to construction drawings; the minutes indicate the board intends to see the revised details prior to permitting or installation.
