He explained the company had done preliminary analyses and identified potential EPC work in the $2.5 million–$3.5 million range, including lighting, controls and possible fuel‑switch measures, and emphasized that savings are guaranteed and the firm will write checks if projected savings are not realized.
The superintendent/administration said they would issue an RFP for EPC services the following day and expected proposals in the coming weeks, then return results to the board for review before any decision to proceed.
