At its July 13 meeting the Kearney Planning and Zoning Commission approved the consent agenda, including minutes from the June 8, 2026 meeting, on a unanimous vote after a motion by Commissioner Wyeth Ervin and a second by Commissioner Keith Hall. The commission also recorded unanimous votes recommending approval of the Pilot Travel Centers rezoning and conditional use permit and the Thornell Corp Lot 2 site plan.
With no further business, Commissioner Kathy Barger moved to adjourn and Commissioner Keith Hall seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes are signed "Approved: Soman; Attest: Paula Noble, Chairman; Wyeth Ervin, Secretary."
