Council appoints Planning & Zoning members, accepts Snowville Acres final plat

On land use, staff presented the final plat for Snowville Acres (reconfiguring three lots into two with acreages provided) and council moved to accept the plat with required signatures and recording to follow. Council thanked the appointees and directed staff to provide orientation materials.
